How do i get back to the meeting point or Meransen after we landed?

We organise a shuttle free of charge for every flight. It takes us to Mühlbach and from there goes a cable car to Meransen every 10 minutes.

In Rodeneck and Kronplatz the Landing zone is in close proximity to the meeting point.

Are the fares for the cable car included?

It is possible to purchase a Almencard which includes the fares for the bus to Rodeneck and the cable car to Gitschberg.

How long is the gift certificate valid?

The gift certificate retains validity for one year. If the certificate has expired get in touch with us and we will find a solution.

Is it possible to make a booking at short notice?

It is possible to book tandem flights at Mastgofly at short notice. However due to strong dependencies on the weather we recommend to get in touch as soon as possible.

How to buy a gift certificate?

If you are interested in a gift certificate just send us an email or give us a call. We will then get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I get my photos and the video of the flight?

After the flight you will receive a free CD-ROM with your pictures taken by the pilot with an special action camera.

Can I be too young to fly?

If the passenger is 4 years or older there is no problem as long as we have the parents consent. With children we preferably fly in the morning because the air is still calm then.

Are there any restrictions concerning the weight of the passenger?

That depend mostly on the physical condition of the passenger and the wind. Up to 100kg is possible. If you exceed this limit please let us know during registration.

When do we fly?

We can fly the whole year. Generally we fly every day if the weather permits. Appointments can be made directly and at short notice by phone or at tourist Information points.
